Community Grants
The Rotary Club of Swarthmore was founded in 1937 and has been serving the Swarthmore community and communities around the world for over 70 years. We currently have over 50 members who continue this tradition and live our motto: “Service Above Self”.
To that end, we welcome Requests for Funding that address specific needs with defined goals and measurable results that will improve the lives of citizens in the community.
If you are a member of a group that is working to make improvements in the community, and would like to submit a request for funding to our club, we welcome your proposal.
All requests are reviewed by a committee to determine if we are able to support the initiative based on available funds and the merits of the request. Grants are typically between $250 and $1000.
